Son of former 250cc GP racer Graziano Rossi, and Stefania Palma has had a lot of records and achievements that go beyond the senior. Total racer this eccentric booked seven world titles: once in the 125cc class, once in the 250cc class, five times in the top class, 500cc and Moto GP.

Valentino Rossi 'the doctor'

In his career along the GP Rossi always wore the number 46, he wore the number after watching the action of a Japanese wildcard racer numbered 46 in TV that impressed him. Moreover, the number is also used by Graziano Rossi, father, when it won the first race with Morbidelli 1979. Currently, he is still wearing the number 46. it and did not follow the world champion, former world champion who chose to change the number 1 after getting the title of world champion.

At first Rossi joined the 500cc Gp team with ex Doohan headed by an Australian reliable mechanic named Jerremy Burgess, paddock atmosphere strongly influenced temperament temperamental Doohan. All the mechanics and team staff looked serious and likely stressful. This atmosphere makes Rossi is determined to celebrate when a massive win. Since then, the victory party became his trademark. Not just with friends, as well as thousands of supporters who packed the circuit. He also conducts Action "wheelie" and "burnout" if victorious and often provide "kneepad" or the hat to the fans to throw while on the podium.

In his racing career, Rossi was always changing the nickname and do things that attract attention and entertain. He reasoned that it was all done with the intention of having fun and doing something funny. "Rossifumi", the nickname given by his friend Rossi Rossi during race in the 125cc class. The nickname was created because Rossi impressed with the typical Japanese racer with long hair, Norick Abe. In 2004, Rossi and Abe are both defending Yamaha. He chose to join the Yamaha team last won the world championship in 1992 by racer Wayne Rainey. Rossi did not move to Yamaha team alone, he also brought Jerremy Burgess, head of the mechanics who used to deal with Doohan and Criville. They conducted a series of tests to fix the motor technologies owned by Rossi's Yamaha YZR M1 to be able to rival the strongest motors in the Moto GP at the time, owned Honda RC211V.
Rossi with Yamaha YZR M1
Regarding the move, many are not expected and pessimistic that Rossi will be able to defend the champion title. But he dispelled all these pessimistic views. Even in the first series 2004 season in the GP Welkom, South Africa, he beat Max Biaggi riding a Honda motorcycle, albeit with a very tight fight with the latter driving a Yamaha motorcycle was on the podium in 1992. 2. Suzuki Hayabusa

When first shown to the press in 1999, the first Hayabusas made a profound impression. No previous motorcycle has broken the production model top speed record by such a margin, 10 to 14 mph (16 to 23 km/h), depending on which measured speeds the source was relying on for the CBR1100XX and the GSX-1300R.

The first generation had a 1,299 cubic centimetres (79.3 cu in) liquid-cooled, inline-4 engine with sixteen valves driven by double-overhead cams. This configuration, technologically unremarkable for that time, delivered a record-setting claimed 173 brake horsepower (129 kW) at the crankshaft by virtue of the largest displacement ever in a sport bike, and a ram air system that forced cool, pressurized air into the cylinders at speed.Combined with sophisticated aerodynamics, this powerful engine pushed the Hayabusa's top speed far above the Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird by a significant leap, contrasting with the incremental gains that preceded the Suzuki hyper sport entry. The 1997 carburated CBR1100XX had previously only inched past the previous top speed record holder, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-11 of 1990.

A remarkable feature of the Hayabusa engine was its abundance of power throughout its entire rpm band. The 1299 cc powerplant was the largest and most powerful sport bike engine when introduced in 1999, and remained the largest until Kawasaki's ZX14 was released.

The Hayabusa's abundance of power at any rpm made the Hayabusa easier to ride by giving the rider a greater choice of gear selection for a given speed and stunning acceleration.

The ram air ducts at the front of the drooping, rounded nose squeezed frontal area away from the headlight, and this, along with the need for a narrow frontal area, necessitated a stacked headlight and high beam behind a single lens. Moreover, the need to reduce the extreme drag encountered at high speeds determined the Hayabusa's entire bulbous, and much-criticized, bodywork design. Koblenz remarked, "non-traditional styling generates the main controversy of the Hayabusa."When viewed through the eyes of those who judged its beauty on the basis of its functionality, or given a little time to get used to it, the bike's looks did find admirers.[27][30] The striking two-tone copper/silver paint scheme was similarly loved by some and hated by others, but was successful if the intent of an all-new, flagship product is to make a bold statement.[27] So while it was called ugly by some in the press, this aerodynamic shape was key to the Hayabusa's ability to reach record-setting speeds.

Reflecting in 2009 on the initial design, the creator of the Hayabusa's look, Suzuki's Koji Yoshirua, said that the intent in 1999 was, "to create a somewhat grotesque design and create a strong initial impact... The mission was to create a total new styling that will not be out of date within few years, and a styling that will be the ‘Face’ of Suzuki." Yoshirua also said that the goal was not to achieve the status of fastest production motorcycle, which in early stages was slated to be only 900 to 1,100 cc (55 to 67 cu in), but that, "as a consequence of, pursuing the best handling, acceleration, safety, power, riding ability, original styling, etc., for the good of the customers, it became the ‘Fastest production motorcycle’ … By doing this, once the model was out in the market and the performance of it have been proven, I thought that people will start to show interest to the weird design, and then the design would be caked in peoples mind.”

The engine used a gear-driven counterbalancer to reduce vibration to the point that the engine could be solidly mounted to the frame, for the purpose of increasing chassis rigidity. Employing a conventional twin beam frame, fully adjustable upside down forks, using specially developed Bridgestone tires, and being relatively light at 473 pounds (215 kg) dry, the Hayabusa's handling was considered excellent for a machine of this class.[4] One reviewer, Koblenz, noted a hesitation perhaps related to poor low-rpm mapping at slow speeds, noticeable as a "pause and slight lurch" when rolling on and back off the throttle. Minor low speed FI revisions were addressed with either a "Yosh Box" or "Teka SFI" FI adjusting tool.

3. MTT Turbine Superbike Y2K

4. Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird

The Honda CBR1100XX, also known as the Super Blackbird is a motorcycle manufactured by Honda from 1996 to 2007. In the mid 1990s, Honda Motorcycles were determined to produce the world's fastest production motorcycle and to take over the associated bragging rights and marketing impact, at the time held by Kawasaki with its ZZ-R 1100. This led to the creation of the CBR1100XX Super Blackbird, which achieved a verifiable 177 mph (285 km/h).The Blackbird name is a nod to the Lockheed SR-71 aircraft, once the world's fastest aircraft. Two years later the title had passed to the Suzuki Hayabusa which was able to exceed 188 mph (303 km/h).

5. Yamaha YZF R1

Yamaha launched the YZF-R1 after redesigning the Genesis engine to offset the crankshaft, gearbox input and output shafts. This "compacting" of the engine yielded a huge dividend in that the total engine length was now much shorter. This allowed the wheelbase to be shortened significantly which resulted in much quicker handling and an optimized center of gravity. The bike had a compression ratio of 11.8:1 with a 6-speed multi-plate clutch transmission.

The launch model Yamaha YZF-R1 was available either in white-on-red or in blue. Early models were subject to a worldwide recall for a clutch problem. Yamaha today describes the launch of the R1 as the true value of "Kando".

Bugatti Released 5 Bugatti Veyron Supersport

 1rst Article here.

Bugatti will display their latest products to the public at the Concours d'Elegance. Surprisingly, they also brought a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.
pic: here

The fastest car in the world is seen wearing a blue theme on her body, it is also seen with the use of a matching carbon fiber.

Although the car is able to reach speeds of 431.072 km / h, but the speed that is unattainable, because it is limited by the electronic limiter is only able to reach speeds of 415 km / hour.

Bugatti said the restrictions were necessary to protect the tires. It reasoned. Because logic would quickly run out if the tire continues lauched at speeds above 400 km / h!

Machine is set to give power of 1200 hp and 1500 Nm of torque. Extra power comes from larger turbochargers and intercoolers, which means the chassis needs to be adjusted to cope with the addition of strength and speed.

This car uses a better stabilizer features, and new shock absorbers. Meanwhile, the aerodynamics of the car made more efficient, while the monocoque carbon from the structure of a new carbon fiber body and chassis to increase rigidity.

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Production will begin this fall. Five units of the first car out of the assembly will be sold as part of a limited series called "World Record Edition.". incredibly, the first series is already sold out.

Bugatti Veyron Next Generation Can be gassed to 431 km / hour!

No one doubts the power of the Bugatti Veyron. Cars with exorbitant price tag is also equipped with more than enough guts to ask all the people on board.

Now, through the Super Sport, Veyron back to carve a new world record for the fastest road car capable of pol gassed up to an average speed of 431 km / hour.

Weekend in official trials conducted tests Bugatti driver, Henri Raphanel, Veyron Super Sport able to develop an average speed of 425 km / hour. However, the peak power achieved at 431 km / hour.

Since then Germany's Technical Inspection Agency (TUV) listed Veyron Super Sport into the Guinness Book of Records as the car production for the world's fastest road. Demikain autoevolution launched from Monday (07/05/2010).

"We conducted trials an average speed of this car is 425 km / hour, but today we managed to achieve perfect condition with 431 km / hour," said Chief Engineer Bugatti, Wolfgang Schreiber.

So what makes the Veyron super sports can have super speed like that? First nothing is in the engine. Offal Super Sport has been re-formulated so as to produce output power than before 1001 hp to 1,200 hp with peak torque of 1500 hp.

This engine mated to a 7-speed gearbox and body kit enhancements that improve the aerodynamic system. The chassis also redesigned and entire body is made of carbon fiber material.

The company leaking, the car which is also known by the nickname World Record Edition is only made 5 units and the speed of day-to-day that is electronically limited 'only' 415 km / hour.

The most exclusive edition of the Bugatti Veyron is scheduled to begin mid-August debut
